4. Orders

An order becomes final only after written confirmation by Nina Moello Photographer.

5. Payment

Payments must be made by bank transfer.

Nina Moello Photographer cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen events or third parties.

7. Complaints

Any claim must be made within 15 days of receipt of the service.

Nina Moello Photographer retains copyright on all creations until full payment for services.

9. Applicable law

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the location of the registered office of Nina Moello Photographe.
